The Ferrata della Regina, one of the most challenging and scenic via ferratas in Sardinia, is located in the village of Monteleone Roccadoria. This ferrata winds along the rocky cliffs surrounding the picturesque village, offering breathtaking views of Lake Temo. With a length of about 600 meters and an elevation gain of approximately 70 meters, the route features thrilling elements such as a 15-meter-long Tibetan bridge, vertical ladders, and exposed traverses. The Ferrata della Regina was built in 2014, in accordance with current regulations.

MEETING POINT & APPROACH

The meeting point is the parking area in Monteleone Roccadoria, from where the trail to reach the Ferrata della Regina begins. The approach follows an easy path and takes about 20 minutes.
