The Itinerary: From Calasetta Harbor to the Cliffs of Masua
Our experience begins at the port of Calasetta. We will set sail to explore the wild and pristine southwestern coast. During the voyage, you will admire the following landmarks from a unique perspective:
The 5 Faraglioni of Nebida.
The impressive Laveria Lamarmora, a historic monument of industrial archaeology.
The majestic cliffs of Masua.
The legendary Pan di Zucchero, the tallest sea stack in the Mediterranean.
The evocative Canal Grande and its sea caves.
Choose Your Route: Pan di Zucchero or Pranu Sartu
Once we arrive at the base of the cliffs, the climb begins. You can choose between:
Climbing Pan di Zucchero: An iconic ascent on solid limestone, where the thrill of the heights blends with the emotion of climbing suspended between the sky and the sea.
Multi-pitch routes at Pranu Sartu: Fascinating paths on vertical walls that offer breathtaking panoramic views of the entire Iglesias coastline.
Relaxation and Crystal-Clear Waters
After the physical challenge of the climb, relaxation is a must. We will conclude the day anchored in one of the area’s hidden coves, where you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters of Sardinia—far from the crowds, gently rocked by the waves.

ROUTE DETAILS
The routes consist of 3 pitches with maximum grade 5c.
The routes have recently been rebolted with 316L stainless steel anchors, ensuring safe protection and allowing climbers to focus entirely on the climbing. The route can be accessed from the sea.
